Building a roster of long-lasting dealer relationships.

Ken Jones is a seasoned consumer lending professional who began his career in 1980. He worked in the consumer credit space for many years for various banks, including Citicorp and Commerce Bank of Kansas City before moving into indirect consumer lending in 2004. Over the years, he has established scores of strong RV and marine dealer relationships, which he is now introducing to Flagstar Bank.

"I became kind of famous for both my internal and external customer service," Ken said. "I'm great at listening to clients and finding out what solutions will work best for them. My primary customers are dealers, and I've assembled a great roster."

Jones is passionate about providing service excellence. "I insist on building portfolios that optimize risk and maximize returns for measurable results."

In addition to his duties at Flagstar, Jones is the chairman of the board of elders at Oak Point Church in Novi, providing outreach in Detroit and other communities. He also is an avid skier, and sings and play percussion in a band with his friends.
