Discovering efficiencies within her clients’ businesses.

Debbie entered the financial services industry over 20 years ago, beginning her career in banking at Standard Federal (currently Bank of America), where she served for six and a half years. She spent another seven years working on Flagstar Bank’s government banking team before transitioning to treasury management in 2010. “Banking has become second nature to me,” she says.

Her role as a sales officer involves discovering efficiencies within her clients’ businesses. “I enjoy crafting solutions that allow my clients more time to focus on what they do best… their business,” she says.

To best serve her customers, she takes the time to build deep working relationships. “Once I understand their goals and have established their trust, my clients are more comfortable with my financial advice,” she says.

Debbie serves her community as well, volunteering her time at her church’s food bank and the Gilda’s Club of Metro Detroit. She also is a member of Flagstar’s Disability Employee Resource Group.

In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading great books, and is learning how to golf.
