In his free time, Brian Lais coaches his daughter’s suburban Minneapolis softball team. But his talent as a strong leader and motivator extends far beyond the softball field.

 

Lais has been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years—nearly 20 of those as a dedicated Warehouse Lending professional. He explains the difference from broker to banker as less about sales and more about guiding his clients through the process.

 

He’s excited to be part of a growing company, especially when he sees clients expand their business. “I’ve watched clients go from $3 million warehouse lines to 10 times as much,” says Lais. “Seeing my clients become a bigger player in the market, well, that’s as good as a grand slam.”
