In order to protect yourself from possible fraud, please take the following actions:
- Contact Flagstar Customer Service at (888) 248-6423 as soon as you realize your card is lost or stolen. We will place an immediate restriction on the card so it cannot be used and we will also order you a new card. ATM cards are available at your local branch and can be issued and activated during your visit. Flagstar charges $5 to replace a Visa Debit card.
- Review your recent transactions to ensure no fraudulent activity has occurred. It may be necessary to file a fraud dispute.
