- An order, decree, or other court document evidencing who gets the real property, or if one does not exist, then
- An order, decree, or other court document determining the heirs, or if one does not exist, then
- An affidavit proving that you are the borrower’s lawful heir under the Ohio laws of intestate succession
- If the borrower’s estate qualified to be released from administration under Ohio law:

- A copy of an affidavit of confirmation that was filed with the county recorder
