GIVEN YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES, WE WILL ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
To prove that there was a divorce or separation:
- Judgment of dissolution; or
- Judgment for legal separation
To prove that you were transferred an ownership interest in the borrower’s property:
- If the property was transferred through a deed:
- Deed transferring the property to you
- If a divorce decree or judgment affecting the property was issued by a court in a state other than Oregon:
- Deed transferring the property to you
- If you do not have a deed, but do have a judgment of dissolution of marriage or judgment for legal separation and the time period mentioned for executing the deed has expired, either:
- Judgment of dissolution, or
- Judgment for legal separation
- If you do not have a deed, but do have a judgment of dissolution of marriage or judgment for legal separation that incorporates a settlement agreement and the time period mentioned for executing the deed has expired:
- Settlement agreement, and either the:
- Judgment of dissolution, or
- Judgment for legal separation
- Settlement agreement, and either the:
