Our code of ethics

We expect all our employees to conduct themselves in an ethical way in all situations. Our employees receive regular training to uphold the following behaviors:

- Report concerns.
Any employee who violates our code of conduct may face disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Whistleblower policy
Any Flagstar employee may report a concern regarding unethical or illegal behavior by contacting a third-party hotline. Employees can submit concerns electronically or by telephone. Employee concerns are reviewed by the director of HR and our legal department. Appropriate parties will be included in further investigations as necessary.
