I am a UNLV alum who majored in Finance with a minor in Economics. I have been in Las Vegas for over 20 years moving from Denver, where I started in the mortgage business.

With an adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM), your 7/1 loan will have an initial fixed-rate period of 72 months.
