Bill Mott has been in the mortgage business for more than a decade and is one of the founders of the San Luis Obispo Branch of Opes Advisors, a Division of Flagstar. Bill helped his previous employer become one of the top mortgage banking branches in San Luis Obispo County.
Born and raised in San Luis Obispo, Bill attended Santa Clara University, majoring in Marketing at the Leavey School of Business. An All-American baseball player in college, Mott was drafted to play professionally by the Anaheim Angels. After baseball, Bill served as a Loan Advisor for a large, publicly-traded home builder with a branch in San Luis Obispo. He also worked for the builder division of a prestigious national bank. Locally, Bill has earned the trust of many of the top home builders, Realtors® and business professionals on the Central Coast.
