About Bryan Payne

As a professional with decades of experience, I bring a unique perspective to my career as a mortgage loan originator. Helping others and being of service are my passion and priority.

 

I have been full time in the mortgage industry for six-plus years and have helped hundreds of families buy or refinance a home.

 

I love to help clients understand the mortgage process and achieve their goal of homeownership, as well as helping current homeowners save money by refinancing. The process can be somewhat daunting and complicated, so I educate and give them all the options that would achieve their homeownership and financial goals for now and in the future.

 

My clients rely on me to offer many financing options, including conventional, jumbo, FHA, renovation, construction, USDA, and VA loan programs. I am also a Washington State Housing Finance Commission trained Loan Officer, which allows me to originate loans for their down payment assistance and reduced interest rate loan programs. I have helped many, many first-time homebuyers and veteran homeowners utilize these programs.
