I live in the big city of Gregory, MI. I was born and raised here, and returned to raise my family. I have a wonderful wife. We have been married for 14 years, and have four children. My oldest is 13, and she is my angel. The three boys are 10, nine, and five. Yes, my house is a zoo on a daily basis! The majority of my time is spent chasing them to sporting and robotic events.

With an adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM), your 7/1 loan will have an initial fixed-rate period of 72 months.
