About David Lake

 

I am a home loan advisor with more than 4 years of experience helping families across the nation achieve their home financing goals. I began my career in the mortgage industry in May of 2017, and I have originated thousands of mortgage loans to meet homeowner's individualized needs. These diverse interactions have given me the ability to communicate well with anyone, regardless of their familiarity with the home lending process.  

 

I take great pride in my ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with my clients by pairing my mortgage expertise with upfront transparent communication. I specialize in several mortgage products including conventional, jumbo, FHA, and VA loans. It would be my pleasure to guide you through these options to find the best fit for your specific needs.

 

I am originally from Iowa City and have lived in Des Moines, Iowa, since 2017. Outside of work, you will find me spending time outdoors with family, friends, and my goldendoodle, Fin. I also enjoy volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, traveling both domestically and internationally, and visiting as many MLB parks as possible.
