Mr. Ebner has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. John is a branch manager and Loan Advisor for Flagstar Bank, Home Loan Center in San Francisco. Prior to joining Flagstar, John started as a Realtor in the Washington, D.C. area in 1985 and built a successful practice for seven years. In 1993 he moved to San Francisco and began his new career as a loan officer for San Francisco Federal Savings Bank – now Citibank. A year later John became a mortgage broker and joined Pacific Guarantee Mortgage where he helped expand and improve the service to the clients of Zephyr Real Estate as their in-house mortgage broker for the next nine years.
In 2005, John and his partner, Tracy Andreini, opened their own mortgage office with the idea of creating a physical and creative environment in which other top-producing agents could flourish. In 2008, they merged their office with Triton Funding Group. Now at Flagstar, John’s commitment and knowledge of the real estate industry allows him to give his clients clear, knowledgeable insight into the mortgage process.
