About Kristin Settle

I have been a central Indiana resident since 1989, and I am currently living with my family in the Brownsburg home I grew up in.

 

Throughout my career, I have worked in industries that focus on customer service. I’ve also served as a leader in the public sector and for several not-for-profit organizations, working with veterans and affordable housing communities.

 

As someone with many veterans in my family and social circle, I love helping veterans purchase a home or refinance an existing mortgage. I am also strong in preapproval credit counseling, working with first-time homebuyers, and guiding people through the purchase process.

 

As a certified fire and building inspector, I understand the construction field and home-building process. I can help you with renovations, new home construction, and seller home inspection issues.
