About Kristin Settle

I have been a central Indiana resident since 1989, living in Indianapolis for 13 years and recently relocating back to my hometown of Brownsburg. We purchased the house I grew up in from my parents in 2019 and took this 1885 farmhouse from a one bathroom house to a two bathroom house! I have known my neighbors since 1993, and we enjoy having long conversations about Brownsburg’s past and its current growth.

 

During my 15-year professional career, I have served central Indiana in several industries, all focused on customer service and getting the job done. I have worked in both the private and public sectors. My housing experience has focused on redevelopment and low-income/supportive housing. I worked for a not-for-profit that helped place individuals without homes into permanent housing. What a joy it was to move people into a place they could call their own! Partnering with the City of Indianapolis, I also worked to find unique home lending solutions for buyers with low incomes who would not otherwise qualify to purchase a home.

 

I’m excited to be a loan officer continuing to help homebuyers find their first home, dream home, or investment property and provide the customer service and unique solutions to make their goals happen!

 

We have a family of five, which includes two kids in middle and high school and a terrier mix, Coco, who has been a part of our family since 2015. I love to go camping in our camper, grill out, play board games, and attend the MANY band functions our kids are involved in. I can’t wait to get to know YOU!
