About Kurt Moore

I have been a resident of Iowa for over 20 years and currently reside out of Des Moines. Since 2014, I have been working in the mortgage industry helping people all over the United States.  I have originated over $121 million in residential loans and personally helped over 600 families with their mortgage needs. From first-time homebuyers to seasoned buyers and to those looking to refinance their existing mortgage to save, I’m here to help everyone with their home financing needs.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time around the fireplace, making memories with my growing family of four, cooking with a vinyl record on, and watching our favorite sports teams play. Go Hawkeyes!

Client Testimonials

Hear what my previous clients have to say about my work.

Christina Steele
“Exceeding communication with this lender. Answers whenever needed and talks to you like a friend. The last deal we closed was $825,000 and she needed a great rate. Kurt explained everything and beat her bank at Chase for a better rate and deal. ”
Louie Wickett
“Hard worker, very personable, and will do what’s right for clients.”
Fabienne Lafalaise
“As a Realtor, I work with different mortgage lenders, however, Kurt Moore has everything we look for in a lender: competitive rates, outstanding customer support, and rapid approvals. ”
Marc Marple
“Kurt worked for me in a sales role at Wells Fargo. Kurt's work ethic and grit showed through early and often. While new to the role, Kurt's successes quickly surpassed those of his more senior counterparts. ”

It is based upon certain assumptions resulting from an initial review of incomplete credit information criteria. A preapproval is not an approval of a completed application nor is it a commitment to lend or a guarantee of any particular loan product, features or terms.
