About Marla Mostyn

I have been a resident of West Bloomfield, Michigan, for over 16 years and a mortgage banker for 23 years, a career that I love. I have been assisting customers all over the United States, and now I provide mortgages as a Flagstar Bank Direct Loan Officer. Over 23 years, I have provided more than $300 million in residential loans. 

 

I really love seeing the smile on a first-time homebuyer’s face. I also enjoy guiding someone through the benefits of combining their debts to reduce their overall payments, helping customers lower the rate or term of their current loan, or receiving a call from a previous client asking for advice on their future plans in real estate. I am here to help everyone with their home lending needs.

 

In my spare time, I am a busy single mom running around with my teenage boys. I love to travel, sing, plant a vegetable garden every spring, and lie in the sun.
