I have had 28 years of experience in the Finance/Mortgage/Real Estate industry, can personally lend in all 50 states, and STILL love every minute of it! I can not tell you what a wonderful feeling it is to truly have a PASSION for how you serve others! My heavy experience really gives me an insight for my clients! I can better prepare them for what to expect, therefore creating a FUN, EXCITING experience for all of my clients that I have the pleasure of serving! Specialties: I am a former Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, (CMPS). I have obtained this designation twice in my career. This certification enables me to be more than just an application taker- It enables me to structure loans from a unique perspective with the forethought of wealth building! I also have held my AL real estate license for 3 years from 2010-2013. This was a great experience, but found I was better suited for the financing side of the process and was able to help more deserving clients. I'm always looking for ways to better educate myself in order to help others!
