Tom has been working in the real estate and financing fields for over 17 years. In initial meetings he takes his clients through the entire financing process so they know what to expect and how much it will cost. He runs analyses to make sure clients understand how their home financing fits into their entire financial life. During these meetings, he explores all options available to help clients purchase their new home. He enjoys working as a team with his clients and their Realtors to make sure escrow timelines are met and that the transactions flow as smoothly as possible. His goal is to build lifelong relationships with his clients so he can assist them with future financing as their life situations change.

 

Prior to becoming a Loan Advisor, Tom worked for ten years as a loan processor. This has given him the skills needed to package loans to ensure that they flow smoothly through the entire financing process. Before that he spent two years as a real estate escrow administrator, giving him valuable insight into all facets of real estate transactions.

 

Tom studied Economics (Bachelor of Science) and German (Bachelor of Arts) at the University of Minnesota.

 

Having lived in the Hayes Valley neighborhood of San Francisco for over twenty years, Tom is proud to be part of the Flagstar team helping clients with their home financing in the unique San Francisco market

Pre-approval

Once you’re pre-approved, we’ll coordinate with the escrow or title company.1

Once your offer is accepted, we'll pass along your information to our underwriters to lock your mortgage interest rate.

Loan Approval

Once our underwriters approve your loan, we'll get you ready for closing.
