It’s time. Make the most of Flagstar Corporate ConnectTM.

We are now serving all our clients under the Flagstar name. That means you’ll now do your banking on Flagstar Corporate Connect.

Getting started: Read below for first-time login instructions.

If you have been using Flagstar Business Online:

  • Select Flagstar Corporate Connect from the login drop-down and use your existing login credentials. Follow the prompts to change your password.
  • You will also need your company ID, which is the first four letters of your company name and the last four digits of your company TIN.
  • Go to the App Store or Google Play to download the Flagstar Corporate Connect app, if you haven’t already.

If you have been using Flagstar Treasury Access®:

  • Select Flagstar Corporate Connect from the login drop-down and use your existing login credentials. Follow the prompts to change your password.
  • Go to the App Store or Google Play to download the Flagstar Corporate Connect app, if you haven’t already.

If you have been using NYCB Small Business Online:

  • Select Business Online Banking from the login drop-down. Use your existing username and password to access Business Online Banking and the Flagstar Corporate Connect mobile app.
  • Your current NYCB Business+ app should have updated automatically to Flagstar Corporate Connect. If you don’t currently use the mobile app, go to the App Store or Google Play to download the Flagstar Corporate Connect app.

If you have been using NYCB Corporate Online Banking:

  • Please ensure you have installed the updated version of our Secure Browser prior to logging in, as announced in the bulletin system online on Friday, February 2, 2024.
  • Your current NYCB Business+ app should have updated automatically to the new Flagstar Corporate Connect app. If you don’t currently use the mobile app, go to the App Store or Google Play to download the Flagstar Corporate Connect app.

Additional notes and reminders.

  • Reestablish scheduled and future-dated payments. Existing scheduled and future-dated payments for ACH, wire, and account transfers will not carry over to the new platform. To continue these payments, you will need to set them up in Flagstar Corporate Connect.
    • For business online banking customers using external transfers, please reach out to your relationship manager to sign up for ACH services.
    • Flagstar Treasury Access users will have read-only use of Treasury Access for 30 days after Tuesday, February 20, 2024, to help you recreate scheduled payments in Flagstar Corporate Connect.
  • Clients using Mobile Deposit will have daily mobile deposit limits. These limits were established based on your historical Mobile Deposit activity and can be viewed by your company administrator in Flagstar Corporate Connect. Flagstar Treasury Access users who did not have Mobile Deposit enabled will now have access. Please note: Per check deposit fees may apply when making mobile deposits.
  • You can use your existing RDC application through Flagstar Corporate Connect for 60 days following Tuesday, February 20. You will receive an email from Superior, whom we have engaged to support your RDC migration, to make it convenient and easy for you to transition. The email will contain a link to schedule your appointment. Please schedule your appointment within this 60-day time frame.
  • Upload files via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and Recon File. Redirect your current SFTP files (excluding ICL files) to the following URL: corporate-connect.flagstar.com.
  • Accessing lockbox details: Log in directly through the website at lockbox.flagstar.com or select “Flagstar Lockbox” from the navigation bar to access your lockbox details.
  • View our Corporate Connect demos

  • NYCB Corporate Online Banking users will see a change in how they’re billed for transactions. Instead of being billed for fees as you make each transaction, you will be billed for all your prior month’s transactions on one new monthly statement sent around the middle of the following month. Charges remain the same. This statement is in addition to your current checking account statement.
  • If you have a checking account with Account Analysis, you will continue to earn earnings credits (ECR), which will be applied to your service charges.
  • Update the URL for Secure File Transfer (SFTP) and Recon File. If you currently upload files via SFTP, such as with Positive Pay, redirect your current SFTP files to the following URL: corporate-connect.flagstar.com.

Your questions, answered.

  • If you currently use our NYCB Corporate Online Banking, be sure you have updated your Secure Browser before you log in for online access. Use your same username and password.
  • If you currently use our NYCB Business Online Banking platform, select Business Online Banking from the login drop-down menu at flagstar.com. Use your existing username and password.

Users only need an activation key if you are a business customer trying to access the Flagstar Corporate Connect app. Personal banking customers should download and log in to Flagstar Mobile Banking.

 

Business customers can retrieve their activation key from Corporate Connect online by going to Menu, then select My Profile and Contact Information.

  • Former NYCB clients – Your current NYCB Business+ app has been updated automatically to Flagstar Corporate Connect. If you don't currently use the mobile app, go to the App Store or Google Play to download the new app, Flagstar Corporate Connect.
  • Flagstar clients – Go to the App Store or Google Play to download the new app, Flagstar Corporate Connect.

For your convenience, you’ll be able to log in to Flagstar Treasury Access online through Wednesday, March 20, 2024, in read-only mode to gather any information you need.

You may receive two statements for the month of February depending on your statement cycle. Your first statement will be from your last statement date through Friday, February 16. You can view this statement online on Tuesday, February 20, if you have estatements. Otherwise, a paper statement will be mailed to you.

 

You will receive an additional statement for transactions from Saturday, February 17, to your normal statement delivery date.

 

All monthly statements delivered between Tuesday, February 6, and Friday, February 16, can be printed or downloaded until 6 p.m. on Friday, February 16, and will then be temporarily unavailable until Sunday, February 25. Going forward, your monthly statement cycle remains the same.

 

In addition, as of Tuesday, February 20, your February monthly statement will be available on Sunday, February 25. If you have an end-of-the-month statement cycle, you statement will be available on Thursday, February 29.
