What to do if your card
is lost or stolen

  1. If you use Flagstar Online or Mobile Banking7, log into your account and lock your card with Debit Card Controls.
  2. Call 888-248-6423 as soon as you realize your card is lost or stolen. We will restrict the card from being used and send you a new one.  
  3. Look for fraudulent activity in your transactions. If you find something let us know, you may need to file a fraud dispute.
  4. When your new debit card arrives, update your information wherever you have it stored.
