The Flagstar Mobile App gives you access to your Flagstar accounts through an internet-enabled device like a smartphone or tablet. With the Flagstar Mobile App, you can:

2 Not all devices supported. Available for eligible personal and business checking and savings account customers only. Must be an active mobile banking user. Accounts must be in good standing.
Online Banking is available for personal checking, savings, certificates of deposit, money market accounts, and select loans. Business customers can access Online Banking for select accounts, too.
Once you open an eligible account with us, you can sign up for Online Banking here. Next, use your smartphone to download Flagstar Mobile Banking from Google Play or Apple's App Store. Once it’s installed, use the same username and password that you use with Online Banking to log in.

If you are logging in to Online Banking and have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link located on the login screen. From there, follow the prompts to reset your password. If you have forgotten your username, click on the Forgot Username link located on the login screen. From there, follow the prompts to recover your username.
If you are logging in to the Flagstar Mobile App and forgot your User ID and/or password, select the Trouble logging in? link from the Flagstar Mobile App homepage and follow the instructions.
If a password is entered incorrectly three times, it will become locked. To unlock the password, please call 888-248-6423.
Your user ID and password can be changed at any time by visiting Settings within Online Banking.
You must first be enrolled in Electronic Documents. To view statements in Online Banking, please click the ellipsis (...) next to the account on the Accounts page, then select the item that you wish to view. You may also click the e-Documents link on the right side of the Accounts page. Additionally, statements can also be found at the top of the page when viewing account history by clicking e-Documents.
Funds from electronic direct deposits will be available on the effective date of the deposit. If we are notified of a deposit in advance, it may show as Pending in online banking until it posts.
If you make a cash deposit in person to one of our employees, funds are available on the next business day of your deposit. If you do not make your deposit in person to one of our employees, funds from cash deposits may not be available until the second business day after the day we receive your deposit. For example, a cash deposit made at one of our ATMs on Monday may not be available until Wednesday.
Generally, check deposits made in person, via Mobile Deposit, or at an ATM will provide $275 available no later than the next business day with the remaining funds available no later than the second business day after the deposit is made. So, if you deposit a check of $700 on Monday, $275 will be available no later than Tuesday, and the remaining $425 will be available no later than Wednesday.
There are certain circumstances which could cause a longer delay in funds being available. When those apply, we will provide notice to you. Please refer to your Disclosure Guide for additional information.
Yes, you can add your Flagstar Visa® Debit Card to your mobile wallet or a payment app like Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo to pay bills.
