During business hours, call 888-248-6423 and select option 2 for Card Support if your ATM or Flagstar Visa® Debit Card is missing. We will restrict the card from being used and send you a new card.
If you think you simply misplaced your card, you can use Debit Card Controls to put a freeze on it and block unauthorized use. Sign in to Online Banking, select Profile and Settings, then Debit Card Controls.
Note: Debit Card Controls is not available for Corporate Connect users.
To open a business account, you'll need your business license or registration, Employer Identification Number (EIN), personal identification (such as a driver’s license), and any formation documents like Articles of Incorporation or a partnership agreement. All business accounts must be opened in person at a Flagstar branch.
Currently, Flagstar does not offer online applications for business accounts. To get started, visit your nearest branch and speak with a banker who can walk you through the process.
If you are logging in to Online Banking and have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link located on the login screen. From there, follow the prompts to reset your password.
If you are logging in to the Flagstar Mobile Banking app and forgot your user ID and/or password, select the Trouble logging in? link from the Flagstar Mobile Banking homepage and follow the instructions.
If a password is entered incorrectly three times, it will become locked. To unlock the password, please call 888-248-6423.
